This 16,000 SF is located at the prestigious Thermal Club near Palm Springs, California. The building boasts custom detailing throughout with garage space for its clients' collections as well as full service locker rooms, individual storage rooms, a full race mechanic team service area including a lounge, conference area, and full service kitchen to host its member's private events. To illustrate our Design/Build process, our superintendent was responsible for many of the final interior design details incorporated into this 100% custom project.

Some standard problems encountered in this project were lead time for specialty items, providing correct verbiage terms for areas to eliminate the need for a commercial health inspection (drivers refreshment center and break room rather than bar and kitchen), and the typical weather issues attributed to excess heat during the summer. Logistically, the biggest challenges came with the shared woes of Covid affecting the entire industry.
