This design/build is a transformation of an old shopping center into a new retail space. The TI Builders team is working hand in hand with the landlord and customer to design the most aesthetically pleasing and efficient layout. This includes complex MEPs, updating flooring, and lighting fixtures that provide adequate illumination for modern retail displays. The design also incorporates modern finishes and materials that give the space a fresh and contemporary look.
