PROJECT DETAIL

This project is a tenant improvement in an existing vacant retail suite within a multi-tenant building. Work includes new exam/treatment rooms, offices, restrooms, break room and storage spaces. All associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical are included. The existing site is compliant with current accessibility codes. The adjacent suite is a B-occupancy use, the same as this suite. There are no fire separations required between the two uses.
