Welcome to our latest industrial project! We're excited to announce that we'll be demolishing 80,000-sf of offices on two stories, as well as a 35,000-sf structural mezzanine, in order to create new warehouse space. Additionally, we'll be constructing a 4,000-sf office to serve an existing adjacent warehouse, and we're thrilled to have an additional customer on board. This project is part of the larger 2 Dell Way development, which will also feature a brand-new 120,000-sf tilt-up building (by others) that is currently available for lease. We're also in the process of converting 80,000-sf of office space to warehouse space, making this development an exciting hub of industrial activity.
