Contracting
During the construction phase, TI Builders will provide comprehensive management services to oversee and monitor all aspects of the construction effort. Our management team works closely with design professionals, clients and subcontractors to drive performance, anticipate challenges before they arise, and keep every project on schedule.
Preconstruction Planning
Before construction begins, we ensure every system, layout, and detail is perfectly planned. We handle every detail—from site surveys and space planning to pre-permit plan reviews. Guided by our detailed Preconstruction Checklist, we ensure all systems, layouts, and components are carefully planned so your project starts strong and stays on track.

Our services include: entitlements, site survey, space planning, architectural design, engineering, pre-permit plan review, permitting services, constructibility review, and record-breaking build out.
